| Develop tracking and reporting system for the processing, monitoring, and enforcement of permits issued by the Oklahoma State Department of Environmental Quality. System is to include a CDX gateway for the EPA and an automatic document assembly system to create and retain original permits in Word format. System is to be available as a web-based application to internal staff. Some portions may be avaiable to the public via the Internet at a later date. | |||||||||||||||
